摘要
测量了爆炸胀接速度和管子的轴向变形,并与机械胀管进行了比较。根据胀接对管子径向变形的要求,提出了爆炸胀紧率工艺参数的限定范围。通过三孔同步胀接试验,探讨了装药量和介质对爆炸胀紧率及其分布的影响。
The Joint velocity and axial deformation of explosive joint of tube/tubeplate were obtained experimentally and a comparison was made with the mechanical joint. The leaking tightness was evaluated for the explosive joint of tube/tubeplate according to the required radial deformation of the tube. The effect of linear density of explosive charge on the leaking tightness and its distribution was investigated experimentally.
