利用ChemsepL软件对天然气为原料的甲醇精制过程预精馏塔进行了模拟计算,分析了预精馏塔内组分浓度的变化情况以及回流比的影响。模拟结果符合工业实际过程。

When natural gas was used as feed gas to make methanol simulated calculation of pre-rectifying tower was done by ChemsepL software.The effect of different components concentration and reflux ratio in the tower were analysed.The stimulation result was accord with the industry process.
