大型烧氨型硫磺汽提联合装置试车问题探讨

Discussion on Test Run of Large-scale Ammonia Burning Sulfur Stripping Integrated Plant

中国石化镇海炼化分公司10×104t/a硫磺回收和120t/h污水汽提联合装置,分别采用烧氨型克劳斯+尾气净化和常压无侧线工艺,装置设计烧氨浓度5%～8%,是目前国内规模最大的烧氨型硫磺回收装置,该装置于2006年6月8日开工且运转正常。本文对硫磺装置烧氨工艺和常压无侧线汽提工艺进行了介绍,对装置开工过程的情况进行了总结并提出对烧氨型硫磺回收工艺和常压无侧线污水汽提工艺的几点认识。

The integrated plant of 100,000 t/a Claus-tailgas clean up and stripping of 120 t/a by atmospheric non-side draw stripping technology was introduced,the designed concentration of ammonia burning was 5% to 8%.The plant came into operation on June 8th 2006,which is the largest ammonia burning sulfur recovery plant in China at present.The start up process was summarized,and some cognitions on these technologies were obtained.
