渗铝碳钢材料的二氧化碳腐蚀行为研究 被引量:4

摘要 在高压釜中对N80钢和渗铝碳钢材料进行了CO2腐蚀试验。利用正交试验对这两种试样同时进行腐蚀失重实验。初步研究了温度、CO2分压、矿化度和pH值对渗铝碳钢材料的腐蚀规律。渗铝碳钢材料的抗CO2腐蚀性能明显要好于N80钢。CO2分压和温度对渗铝碳钢材料的腐蚀速率影响最大,且其腐蚀速率随着CO2分压的增大而增大;而其随温度的变化趋势是:随着温度的升高,渗铝碳钢材料的腐蚀速率先减小后增大,在80℃时,达到最小值。 Aluminizing carbon steel and N80 steel were tested in CO2-containing autoclave.The influence on aluminizing carbon steel of temperature,partial pressure of CO2,mineralization and pH value was studied through zero-G test.The results showed that aluminizing carbon steel was better than that of N80 steel in CO2-resistant corrosion.Temperature and partial pressure of CO2 were most influential to corrosion rate.And its corrosion rate increased with the increased of CO2 partial pressure.The corrosion rate was minimum when temperature was 80℃.
