摘要
由于乙烯裂解炉的失效主要发生在炉管上,依据故障树理论构建了乙烯裂解炉炉管失效故障树模型,找出导致裂解炉炉管失效的基本事件,采用最小割集算法算出基本事件的结构重要度,找出了解炉管失效的主要原因,并对炉管出现的问题提出了建议和改进方法。
Due to the failure of ethylene cracking furnace mainly occurring on the tubes,according to fault tree theory,this paper constructed the fault tree model of the ethylene cracker tubes.The structural importance of basic events is calculated by using minimal cutsets.Main reasons of the tubes' failure are found.Some suggestions and improving measures are put forward about the problem.
