摘要
研究了用粉末冶金真空热压法制备WC/Cu复合材料,考察了WC含量对WC/Cu复合材料导电率和硬度的影响。结果表明,WC的加入对Cu基体电导率的影响符合加和性复合定律,对硬度的影响满足线性回归曲线关系式。以WC/Cu复合材料为电极端部,以紫铜棒为电极基体制备的复合电阻焊电极具有较高的硬度和电导率,由于WC颗粒的加入使软化温度大幅度提高,达800℃以上。
The manufacture of WC/Cu composite with the powder metallurgical method of hot-pressing has been investigated. The effects of WC composition on electroconductivity and hardness were examined. The results showed that the influence of WC composition upon electroconductivity of matrix obeyed the additive compound law. The relationships between WC composition and hardness could be expressed by a linear regression equation: HV WC/Cu =HV Cu +2.2V WC . This material has been used to make compound electrode which is comprised of a pure copper body and a WC/Cu composite tip. The compound electrode is of high hardness and electroconductivity, and its softening temperature has been greatly increased up to 800℃ because of existing WC particles.
