摘要
通过含磷量0.0005%~0.013%的小炉试验合金,较系统地研究了磷对GH169合金静态力学性能的影响。结果表明:磷对GH169合金的室温和高温拉伸强度基本无影响,而对拉伸塑性(特别是650℃)有明显影响,随着磷含量的增加,合金的拉伸塑性先降后增。更值得注意的是,随着磷含量的增加,合金的650℃持久寿命也显著提高。而且在磷含量0.0029%~0.013%范围内,合金的650℃持久塑性与持久寿命一致升高。
This paper studies the effect of phosphorous on mechanical properties in the experimental alloys with the range of P contents from 0.0005% to 0.013%. Experimental results show that P has no obvious effect on room temperature (500℃ and 650℃) tensile strength. However, 650℃ tensile ductilities δ and ψ are raised with the increasing of P contents. The important fact is that stress rupture life and ductility at 650℃, 686MPa are both unnormally increased with the increasing of P content in the range of 0.0029%~0.013%.
