摘要
基于某高线精轧机组的现有孔型数据,确定适宜的宽展及前滑模型,以此为基础,确定配辊级差并对原配辊模型进行优化,现场生产表明优化后的配辊模型能有效减少堆拉钢事故。
Based on the data of the current pass acquired from the finishing train in the high speed wire rod mill the present article has confirmed the effectiveness of the spread model and the forward-slip model, and determined the grade difference in the arrangement of the roll rings and optimized the existing roll ring arrangement model. In-site production shows that the newly optimized model can very effectively reduce steel pushpull accidents in the finish mill.
