摘要
在Al-7.5%Si合金两相温度范围区加入石墨颗粒,搅拌,制备了石墨-铝硅复合材料。结果表明,在580~590℃搅拌10~15min,石墨能均匀地分布于Al-7.5%Si合金基体。性能测试表明,该复合材料力学性能略低于基体铝硅合金,但是具有高得多的阻尼性能。加入低于18%(体积百分数)的石墨,复合材料有较好的综合性能,内耗最高可达3.5×10-2,是一种阻尼性能优越的铸造材料。
Al-7.5wt%Si alloy composites containing graphite particles are prepared by melt cast technology. The MET shows that the graphite particles are distributed homogenously in aluminium alloy matrix after mixed for 10~15 minutes in temperature range of 580℃~590℃. The results of property test show that the composites have good multiple properties with internal friction value of 3.5×10 -2 and are the ideal high damping casting materials.
