丙泊酚靶控输注复合神经阻滞行腮腺混合瘤手术的临床观察
摘要
腮腺混合瘤手术的麻醉方法有全麻、神经阻滞、局麻，但各有利弊。在临床实践中发现采用丙泊酚靶控输注（TCI）复合面神经和颈丛神经阻滞与以上方法相比．对病人生理干扰小、镇痛完善、方法简便、经济实惠。
