摘要
利用小麦穗离体培养技术研究了不同氮素浓度处理对新疆春小麦新春11号产量、蛋白质含量及其组分的影响。研究表明:氮素浓度主要通过穗结实率,特别是3+4花结实率、千粒重、小花数和节间长度来影响小麦产量性状;主要通过籽粒蛋白质及其蛋白组分含量来影响小麦的品质性状,除清蛋白含量基本不随氮素浓度变化外,籽粒蛋白质含量及其组分含量均随氮素浓度的增加而增加,各组分含量增加幅度依次为醇溶蛋白>球蛋白>谷蛋白。研究还表明:小麦产量和品质达到最佳结合的氮素培养浓度为0.06%。
The effects of different nitrogen content on yield traits, protein content and protein components content of spring wheat ( Xinchun 11 ) were investigated by in vitro culture. The results indicated : nitrogen affect the wheat yield traits mainly through the grain rate per spike,especially the grain rate of 3 +4 flowers,1000 - kernel weight, the flowers number, and the length of joint; nitrogen affect the wheat quality traits mainly through the protein content and protein composition content. The content of protein and protein composition are increased with the nitrogen concentration, except albumins, and the sequence of the increased scope of protein composition are gladins 〉 globulin 〉 glutenins. The study also showed : the best possible nitrogen concentration which join quality and yield trait is 0. 06%.
