摘要
四川彭州铜尾矿库尾沙中含有铜、镍、铅、锌、镉等重金属元素,除镍和锌元素外,其它几种重金属元素含量均已超过国家标准,对土壤和水源造成污染。该尾矿沙能够延迟白车轴草(Trifolium repens L.)种子的萌发,使胚根长度和小苗重量降低,但对最终发芽率无影响。盆栽改良试验表明,铜尾矿沙能够降低白车轴草的根系活力、叶绿素含量和生物量,增加无污染土壤的比例可以使其伤害降低。
The copper tailings in Pengzhou of Sichuan Provence contained Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn and Cd. All those except Ni and Zn exceeded the national standard ( GB 15618 - 1995 ) ,contaminated the soil and waterhead. In this study, the copper tailings could delay the seed germination of Trifolium repens L. , decrease the length of the radicel and the weight of small seedlings, but did not affect the final germination rates. The pot experiments showed that the copper railings could debase the root activity, chlorophyll content and bimass. By increasing the ratio of non-pollution Soil increasing copper tailings in the pot could reduce the damage to the above indexes.
