沙打旺种子萌发特性研究

Germination Characteristics of Astragalus adsurgens Pall Seeds

探索了各种因素如温度、水分、光照、盐碱胁迫和化学药剂等对沙打旺种子萌发的影响。实验表明:沙打旺种子在10%～20%的湿度下萌发较好;15～20℃为最适萌发温度;光对种子萌发的作用不显著;可耐受碱(NaOH)30mmol/L,耐受盐(NaCl)100mmol/L,具有较好的抗盐碱能力;适当浓度(100mmol/L)的KNO3浸种可提高沙打旺种子萌发的数量、速度和质量;赤霉素、青霉素浸种对种子萌发的影响不显著。

Germination Characteristics of Astragalus adsurgens Pall Seeds was explored on fators of water, temperature ,light, salt and alkaline stress, chemicals （KNO3 ,penicilin and GA3 ）. The result indicted that：The optical humidity for Astragalus adsurgens Pall germination was 10% -20%. The most suitable temperature was 15 -20℃. Light,penicilin and GA3 had no obvious effect on the seeds. The seeds had strong tolerant to salt and alkaline stress, it could sprout under 30 mmol/L NaOH stress and 100 mmol/L NaCl stress. Proper concentration （100 mg/L）KNO3 seed-socking could improve quantity, speed and quanlity of seed germination, but GA3 and penicilin had no significant effects on seed germination.
