摘要
某海防导弹使用的机电式定时机构存在着故障率高、指令装定精度低、精密机加件多、装配结构复杂等缺点。数字化定时机构(含程序电压产生器)采用数字电路进行模拟装定,在不改变导弹的发控设备和弹上雷达的其它分机及测试设备接口关系的基础上,直接替换机电式定时机构。
For the electro-mechanical timing device of certain coastal defense missile, there are some deficiencies, such as high failure rate, low instruction setting (set-in)precision and complicated assembly structure, which affect the quality of missile. In order to improve the quality, a new digital timing device (including program-voltage generator), which has advantages of simulation set-in with digital circuit, is used to replace the electo-mechanical timing device, no need of changing the other assemblies on the missile-board radar, missile launch equipment and test devices.
