B超引导下经皮切割针肺穿刺活检诊断周围型肺肿块96例

Application of ultrasound-guided peractaneous cuting-needle biopsy in the diagnosis of peripheral lung masses in 96 cases

目的探讨超声引导下经皮肺穿刺诊断周围型肺肿块的应用价值。方法对96例周围型肺肿块患者进行B超引导下经皮穿刺术,并把取得的条型组织送病理检查。结果96例一次性穿刺成功,93例获取组织确诊。穿刺后发生少量气胸和少量咯血各3例,2、3d后自愈。结论超声引导下的穿刺活检是周围型肺肿块鉴别诊断的重要方法。

[Objective] To investigate the value of ultrasound-guided Peractaneous needle biopsy in the diagnosis of peripheral Lung masses. [Methods] 96 patients with peripheral lung masses were carried with ultrasoundguided peractaneous biopsy and the bar-type fissure were performed pathologic diagnosis. [Results] All patients were successful in peractaneous biopsy, among the 96 cases. 93 were confirmed in diagnosis, hemoptysis occured in 3 cases and pneumothorax in 3 cases, all patients were secf-recover after 2, 3 days. [Conclusions] The ultrasoundguid peractaneous needle biopsy is a important measure of different diagnosis in peripheral lung mass.
