摘要 本文综合介绍Al4SiC4的最新研究进展。三元碳化物Al4SiC4属于六方晶体结构,空间群为P63mc;它具有优异的的高温抗氧化性能;优良的热稳定性和良好的室温及高温力学性能等。 The new study on the ternary carbide Al4SiC4 has been investigated. The Al4SiC4 has hexagonal crystal structure with space group of P63mc, and possesses the superior oxidation resistance, the better thermal stability and the better room temperature and the elevated mechanical properties et al.
