摘要
和谐社会的组成要素有很多,但是其内在的本质规定在于对人的自由的最大限度的尊重,在于对人的价值的充分认可,在于人的幸福感的获得,其最终目标在于人的自由而全面的发展。只有建立在人的伦理精神之上的社会组织才具有能动的自我调节功能,才能使社会的一切组成要素在人的作用下始终保持良性互动的“和谐机制”。
The main constitute factors of harmonious society have maybe many more,but the essence lies in respecting the person＇s freedom, approaching the person＇s value ,gains the person＇s happy feeling, and the end target lies in the person＇ s free but overall development. Only the social organizations which have established on the person＇s ethics spirit can have the ability to regulate the function by one＇s own, and make the society＇s everything keeping the positive interaction under the person＇s ＂harmonious mechanism＂ .
