摘要
借助可编程控制器（PLC）对现有的间歇式离心分密机进行技术改造，实现全自动分蜜控制，提高了产品质量，降低了工人劳动强度，方便现场维修。经过近两个榨季生产运行表明，使用效果很好，具有很好的推广价值。本文主要介绍该控制系统的基本构成、功能和使用情况。
The currently used batch centrifugal can realize automatic running by using PLC to renovate it's control system. In nearly 2 years practical use in sugar mill, it express a number of great advantages: ①improve the product quality; ②decrease the intensity of labour; ③easy for site maintenance. This article introduce the basic compositions functions and used conditions of this control system
