摘要 对绢丝丽蚌鳃组织的形态和显微结构进行了观察。结果表明:内外鳃瓣的鳃丝在组成上是相同的,均由鳃丝壁、肌肉组织和结缔组织构成。鳃丝上分布有丰富的前纤毛、后纤毛以及侧纤毛,内部则存在着大量鳃腺。用于连接鳃组织的丝间隔和瓣间隔,纤毛稀少。丝间隔呈“Z”字形连接。在雌蚌的内外鳃瓣之间出现了一定的结构差异,这与胚胎在雌蚌外鳃孕育有关。 The morphology and microstructure of the lamina of the Lamprotula fibrosa were studied with the light microscopy. The cilia on the surface of the branchial filaments and the differences between the inner and the outer lamellae of the female Larnprotula fibrosa were described. The relationship of the structure and function of the gill was discussed. Lamprotula fibros has a pair of outer lamina, and each of them is composed of the inner and outer lamellae. Every lamella consists of many longitudinal-arranged branchial filaments with the breadth between 16μm and 18μm. All the the branchial filaments can be classified with the position of frontal cilia,laterofrontal cilia,back cilia and lateral cilia. On the surface of branchial filaments there are many eyelet. The branchial filaments is composed of the branchial filaments wall,muscular tissue and connective tissue. The branchial filaments wall is composed of cuticle layer, epithelium and basal membrane. The branchial filaments contains a pairs of chitious rod, gill gland and flourishing blood vessels in it. It is connected by the interfilamentary junction between branchial filaments and its figure like letter "Z". The chamber between lamellae is partitioned into many water tubes by interlamellar junction. The wall of interfilaments and interlamellar junction is composed of basal membrane and a single layer of columner epithelium. The gill is the important filter food organ, and the filter food structure is mainly gill silk cilia. The ex- cilia of Lamprotula fibros is short but intensive , evenly distributed, easy to acquire in the gill superficial food. The ex- side cilia is rarely seen, but often tiedly gathered and often faces two ex- side cilias of the sides of the gill silks mutually to connect mutually, constituting the structure of filter.
