3种女贞属植物的扦插繁殖研究

Research on Cutting Propagation of Three Species of Ligustrum

对女贞(Ligustrum lucidum)、小叶女贞(L. quihoui)和金叶女贞(L. vicaryi)的扦插繁殖进行初步研究。结果表明:小叶女贞和金叶女贞的扦插生根率很高,不同处理组合之间差异相对较小;女贞的扦插生根率较低,不同处理组合之间的生根率相差达50%以上;对于女贞的扦插,选择适当的处理组合可显著提高其生根率,应用200 mg/kg NAA溶液浸泡长度为10 cm的女贞插穗20 s,可获得53.33%的生根率;金叶女贞扦插的最佳处理组合为:15 cm长的插穗,200 mg/kg的IBA溶液浸泡20 s;小叶女贞扦插的最佳处理组合为:15 cm长的插穗,200 mg/kg NAA溶液浸泡20 s。

A preliminary research on the cutting propagation of Ligustrum lucidum, Ligustrum quihoui and Ligustrum vicaryi was carried out. The results showed that rooting percentages of L. quihouiand L. vicaryi were high and there is no significant difference among the effects of different treatments on rooting percentages of two kinds of trees. The rooting percentage of L. lucidum was relatively low and the difference of rooting percentage among treatments was more than 50%. A proper treatment can greatly improve the rooting percentage of L. lucidurn such as a rooting percentage of 53. 33% was obtained by treating 10 cm-long cutting branches with 200 mg/kg NAA for 20 s. The best treatment for L. vicaryi was 15 cm-long cutting branches treated with 200 mg/kg IBA for 20 s and for L. quihoui was 15 cm-long cutting branches treated with 200 mg/kg NAA for 20 s.
