摘要
本论文利用分光光度法和色谱技术较全面研究了温度、pH值、有机复鞣剂、铬鞣液等因素对皮革染色的影响,初步提出了皮革染色时发生“浅色效应”的机理。研究工作首次采用了以皮革为薄层色谱板的色谱分析技术,证明其在皮化材料性能分析方面具有较大的应用前景。
The influences of temperature, pH, anionic retanning agents and Cr(Ⅲ) salt on leather dyeing had been studied, especailly their influences on shade strength of dyestuffs on leather surface. Based on the data obtained, the mechanism of 'Light shade effect'of leather dyeing was suggested. 'Leather - TLC' technique was used in the experiments which shows greatpotency in leather chemicals analysis and process control.
