摘要
以企业文化为导向的人性化人力资源管理是将企业的经营哲学、价值观念、思维方式、行为规范、道德准则、风俗习惯和传统的有机统一,以文化的要素来进行管与理,更是以人为本的人性管理。企业从招聘阶段就开始企业文化,进而对新的员工进行企业文化培训,同时在人力资源使用过程中培养企业员工的企业精神,突出了人力资源管理中企业文化的巨大作用。这种注重情感的管理方式通过文化培育、文化模式的推进,使员工与企业之间形成共同的价值观和行为规范,把以人为中心的管理思想全面显示出来。在影响人的行为同时,对企业的生存发展走向也起着关键作用。

Starting the corporation culture from the inviteing applications for jobs, then hold corporation culture training courses for the new comers,inthe same time, foster the corporate spirit during the course of their work, it willgive prominence to the Corporate Culture during the human resourcesmanagement. The management style paying attention to sensibility by the way of culture training and boosted by culture pattern, promote the forming ofcommon values and criterion of conduct, displaying the management thoughtsof focusing on people. It not only stands out in influencing the behavior of employees, but also crucial to the future development of the corporation.
