摘要 产品模块化设计时模块划分的合理性直接影响实现大规模定制生产的效果。提出了一种通过接口关系进行模块划分的方法,将零件接口关系用模糊隶属度函数进行定量化描述,在模糊图上通过割集的方法实现模块的合理划分。以SF5系列小型农业作业机产品为例,通过模块化设计将不同模块进行组合,可满足农林牧多行业用户的功能需求。 It has been trouble in popularizing small agricultural machinery because there is contradiction between multi-function and low price. Modular design under mass customization is an effective method to solve this problem, however, the effect of design has been influenced by the rationality of module partition. A module partition approach based on interface restraints that were described quantitatively by fuzzy membership function was proposed by fuzzy graph and cut-sets. An example of series SF5 machine adopted modular design showed that combination with different modules could meet various functional requirements of the users.
