梯形防渗渠道塑膜铺衬机的试验

摘要 借助均匀设计理论和软件对防渗渠道塑膜铺衬机进行了试验研究。提出了渠道塑膜铺衬效果的评价方法,分析了机器前进速度、展膜刷后倾角、展膜刷高度对铺膜效果的影响规律,并对设计参数进行了优化,证明主动同步放膜、展膜刷随动展膜的铺膜机构适于渠道空间铺膜作业。 Using uniformity design theory and software, the machine to pave geomembrane lining on the trapezoid canal has been researched and tested. The method of evaluating the effect to pave geomembrane lining on the canals was put forward; the influence rules of the machine forward velocity, the brush slope angle, the brush height to the effect of pave geomembrane lining were analyzed, and the design parameters were optimized. The experiment testified that the mechanism to pave the lining in initiative and synchronization and for the brush to follow and contour and unfold the geomembrane fitted to the working of paving lining on canal.
