Influence of Changing the Magnetic Field on Eddy Current Effect of Electromagnetic Bearing

摘要 以向心电磁轴承为例,分别讨论了磁场随时间、空间变化对涡流场的影响,给出了求解二维问题的数学模型,然后用有限元求解,着重分析两者同时变化时,涡流与转子转速、励磁电流频率的关系。最后从数值解得出了频率和转速综合作用下的涡流损耗值与两者单独作用的值有平方关系的结论,并指出可以利用该结论进行分步求解。 A radial active magnetic bearing (RAMB) was used to present the influence of changing the time and space parameters of the magnetic field on eddy current effect, and the mathematic 2-D model was given. The relationship between power loss and current frequency, rotate speed of the rotor has been analyzed by finite element method, especially that of changing both of the two parameters. Finally, the numerical result showed that, the square of power loss arising from the change of two parameters equaled to the sum of the two separate squares, which could be used to calculate the power loss step by step.
