摘要 介绍了基于CAN总线的大功率整流自动稳流系统的工作原理和软硬件设计方法,该系统具有操作简单、可靠性高等特点。在锌电解行业中投入使用后,有效地解决了纯手工操作方式下因负载波动而导致长时间电流过高或过低的缺点,提高了锌电解生产效率。 The work principle, also the hardware and software design method of automatically stabilizing electric current system for high-power rectification based on CAN bus are discussed. The system has characteristics as simple operation and high reliability etc.. Since used in the industry of zinc electrolyte,it has brought in the resolvation of the shortcoming attributed to the complete handwork operation,that the electric current became excessively high or lower when the load changed. And it has advanced the efficiency of zinc electrolyte.
