摘要
采用热化学反应法在Q235钢上制备氧化铝基陶瓷涂层,对涂层进行结构分析及性能测试。结果表明,涂层在600℃固化产生了新陶瓷相;涂层较致密,与基体结合良好;大大提高了基体的耐蚀性和耐磨性。
Aluminum matrix ceramic coating was fabricated on Q235 steel by thermochemical reaction method. The structure of the coating was analysed and its performance was tested. The results show that the solidified coating at 600℃ can product the new ceramic phase, which is dense and has the high bonding strength.And the coating can enhance the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the matrix.
