摘要
研究了不同的加热温度及冷却方式对BT-20合金组织和性能的影响,获得该合金在三种热处理制度下的显微组织图以及所对应的室温力学性能。经分析得出该合金经950℃×1h空冷后形成的α+β双态组织中,等轴初生α相含量少,次生α相含量多,呈晶间集束α域。此种组织的BT-20合金具有较优的综合性能。
The effects of different heating temperature and cooling methods on the microstructure and properties of BT-20 alloy were studied. The microscopic structure under three systems of heat treating and the mechanical properties at room-temperature were gotten. The results show that BT-20 alloy with a few primary α phases and more secondary α phases and appearing intergranular α domain in the α+β duplex microstructure has better combination properties at 950℃ for lh in air-cooling.
