The Uniform Design method — a new design method, especially suitable for multi factor and multi level experiment — is introduced. Its application in the development of 105 ℃ working electrolytic solutions of high voltage is discussed in detail. It is shown that the Uniform design method has obviously simplified the experiments and brought about the satisfactory test results.
