摘要
采用厚膜集成技术研制、开发了用于光纤通信传输端机用的光源驱动器和视频分配器厚膜电路，该电路在０～３０ＭＨｚ频率范围工作。
A thick film IC for light source drive and video frequency distributor used in the transmission terminal of optical fiber telecommunication . It meets all requirements when works in the range of 0 ～ 30 MHz.
