PET在颞叶癫痫术前评估中的应用

摘要 正电子发射断层扫描(positron emission tomography,PET)目前越来越多地运用于癫痫外科术前定位。采用不同的示踪剂,可以反映出癫痫患者脑的代谢、氧利用、血流灌注及受体分布等变化情况。脑葡萄糖代谢显像是应用最多的一种。本文就PET在颞叶癫痫术前定位及病情评估中的应用作了简要的探讨。
