关于西江苗寨文化传承保护和旅游开发的思考——兼论文化保护与旅游开发的关系

A Perspective to the Cultural Transmission Protection and Tour Exploitation in Xijiang Hmong Village

本文通过贵州省著名的西江千户苗寨的具体案例,指出旅游开发的前提是保护好传统文化,旅游开发应该以当地村民的利益和意见为出发点,像西江这样传统文化底蕴丰厚的地方,为确保旅游开发和文化保护的良性互动,旅游的模式应该是参与式的、体验型的、学习性的。为此,本文就西江苗寨的文化传承保护与旅游开发提出具体的建议方案。

Through the case study in the well - known Hmong Village of Xijiang in Guizhou province, this article indicates that the prerequisite of tour exploitation is to protect traditional cultures and that the indigenous villagers ＇ benefits and their opinions should be the start point of the tour exploitation. To in- sure the proper interaction between tour exploitation and cultural protection in Xijiang, a place of abundant traditional cultures, its tour pattern should be participatory, experiential, and learnable. Therefore, this article offers a concrete recommendatory plan to the tour exploitation in Xijiang.
