摘要
我国改革开放来的20多年,涌现了众多著名的有效教学改革流派和模式。总结这些教学改革的经验,主要有教师主导作用与学生主体作用的辩证统一;教学纵向、横向和内向结构的有机结合;及时反馈与矫正;加强课堂教学的情感性等。
In the past over twenty years- since China conducted its reform and opening policy, famous schools and models of effective teaching reforms have emerged in large numbers. Summarizing the experience in teaching, we find that it includes the following aspects: the dialectical unity of teachers' leading roles and students' subject ones; the organic combination of vertical, horizontal and introversive teaching structures: timely feedback and correction; and enhancing emotional teaching in class.
