摘要 教师在学校所施行的有目的的教育活动就是教师的实践。教师的这种“实践”,既促进了学生的发展,也实现了自身的发展;既成就了学生,也提升了自己。也就是说,教育的过程,是师生共同发展与成长的过程,教师的实践亦就成了教师专业发展的有效途径;我们要努力追寻实现这种“双重”目的的学校教育实践。 Teacher's Practice is the educational activities with certain purpose at school. The practice can not only promote the development of their students, but also that of themselves. That is to say, the process of education is one where students and teachers can both make progress and achieve a lot simultaniously. Therefore, teachers' practice is an effective way to improving their speciality, We should make every effort to reach the aim of realizing the double—task education practice at school.
