摘要
分析了2124铝合金大规格扁锭裂纹倾向大和熔体易被污染的原因,从配料、熔炼、熔体净化等方面提出了保证熔体纯净度的措施。重点分析了不同铸造速度对裂纹倾向的影响。
This paper analyses the reason of 2124 aluminum alloy flat ingot that having large crackle tendency and pelluting. It advanced methods which make melting body purification from the materials, melting and melting body purification. It analyses the factors that casting speed effect on crackle tendency.
