摘要
目的:在镉的测定方面比较不同仪器的性能。方法:氢化物原子荧光法和石墨炉原子吸收法。结果:氢化物原子荧光法和石墨炉原子吸收法的检出限为5.81 ng/L和3.78 ng/L,相对标准偏差为1.31%和4.12%,回收率为94.0%~106.0%和95.5%~104.5%。结论:在微量镉的测定方面,氢化物原子荧光法是一种比较好的方法。
Objective:To compare the capability of differen appartus in determination of minute quantity codmium. Methods: Hydride generation AFS and GFAS were used. Results:The detection limit of hydride generation AFS and GFAS was 5.81 ng/L and 3.78 ng/L, the relative deviation (RSD) 1.31 and 4. 12. Recoveries of standard additions were in the rang of 94. 0% - 106. 0% and 95.5% - 104. 5%. Conclusion:The AFS is a better method in determination of minute codmium.
