摘要 目的:对比观察半导体激光流式细胞检测法与电阻抗法两种方法检测血小板参数的结果。方法:先用电阻抗法对标本进行测定然后随机选择血小板数值在正常范围的标本30例(正常组),血小板数值低于30×109/L的标本30例(低值组)再进行半导体激光流式细胞检测法(光学法)测定,同时对低值组血小板进行手工测定。结果:正常组血小板各参数电阻法与光学法所测得结果无显著差异,低值组电阻抗法与光学法所测得结果有差别(P<0.05),且血小板数值越低相对差别越大,光学法所测数值大部分情况下高于电阻法。光学法所测结果与手工法相近。结论:对于低值血小板标本的检测,光学法的准确性要高于电阻法。 Objective:To scrutinize the contrast between optical method and resistance method on platelet parameter measure ment. Methods:Firstly use resistance method to make a measure on platelet parameter, then count the blood platelet with optical methods on normal group and low platelet parameter group (PLT 〈 30 × 10^9/L). At the same time, take a measure on low platelet parameter group with manual methods. Results:The means from the two methods on normal group indicated no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but there were significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ) on low platelet parameter group. The difference was more significant when the platelet parameter was lower. The means with optical method were higher than means with resistance method and closed to the results with manual methods. Concluslon:The optical method is more exact than resistance method on low platelet parameter measure ment.
