摘要
目的:对比研究140株临床分离细菌对常用头孢菌素及喹诺酮类抗菌素的体外敏感性。方法:采用琼脂平板稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(M IC)。结果:头孢地尼、加替沙星、左氧氟沙星、头孢克罗、头孢拉定、头孢氨苄对革兰阳性菌的敏感率均大于70%。对大肠埃希菌,头孢地尼、加替沙星、左氧氟沙星的体外抗菌活性强于其他抗菌素。对肺炎克雷伯菌的抗菌活性,头孢地尼、头孢克肟显著强于其他4种抗菌素。对变形杆菌,头孢地尼、头孢克肟及左氧氟沙星的抗菌活性相近。结论:头孢地尼、加替沙星、左氧氟沙星对大部分革兰阳性及革兰阴性菌具有较强的抗菌活性。
Objective: To evaluate antibacterial activities in vitro of antibiotics. Methods: Minimal inhibitiory concentration (MIC) was determined by agar disk dilution method. Results:The sensitive rates of cefdinir, gatifloxacin, levofloxacin, cefclor, cefradine and cefhaloxine were over 70%. The antibacterial activities of cefdinir, cefixime, levofloxacin and gatifloxacin against S. Pneumonia were higher than other four. The antibacterial activities of cefdinir, levofloxacin and gatifloxacin against E. coli were higher than other five. The antibacterial activities of cefdinir, cefixime, and levofloxacin against Pr. Were similar, but higher than others. Conclusion:Cefdinir, gatifloxacin and levofloxacin has strong antibacterial activity in vitro against G^+ and G^- bacterium.
