33份育发类化妆品卫生毒理学检验结果分析

To analyze results of hygienic toxicology of 33 cosmetics of hair tonic

目的:了解育发类产品的卫生安全性。方法:各项检验及评价方法按《化妆品卫生规范》(2002年版)进行。结果:检测生发育发类产品33份,眼刺激性试验均小于或等于轻刺激性;皮肤变态反应试验均未见过敏;皮肤光毒性试验均未见皮肤光毒性。鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变试验和体外哺乳动物细胞基因突变试验在加和不加代谢活化系统的条件下均未呈现致突变性。但有18.2%的产品皮肤刺激性试验达中度刺激性。结论:部分生发育发类产品有潜在不安全性,应引起使用者注意。

Objective：To understand the hygienic safety of the cosmetic products of hair tonic. Methods：All the methods of detecting and evaluating were carried on according to the Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics（ edition 2002）. Results：Thirty -three products of hair tonic were detected. All the results of the eye irritation/corrosion test were less than or equal to the slight irritation. These of the skin sensitization test and skin phototoxicity test were all negative. In Ames＇ test and in vitro mammalian cells gene mutation test,there were no mutagenic results either with or without metabolic activation system. But the results of 18.2% products in skin irritation test appeared with moderate irritation. Conclusion：Some of the cosmetics of hair tonic are potentially unsafe, and customers should pay more attention to them.
