摘要
目的:对8类食品中二氧化硫残留进行检测,为执法部门提供政策执行依据。方法:样品均采集于宜昌市主要的集贸市场和超市,按照食品卫生检验方法理化部分(一)GB/T5009.34-2003第一法盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法执行。结果:其中竹笋4年的年平均合格率最低,只有21.5%,经过国家对有毒竹笋的查处,情况并没有得到好转,其次是银耳、淀粉及其制品,发酵酒和糖类污染情况略好于前三类食品。结论:监测的8类食品中二氧化硫残留合格率相对食品中其他指标较低,应当引起有关部门足够重视,加大监管力度,杜绝食品生产销售中的违法行为。
Objective:To test sulphur dioxide residues in eight categories of foods, and provide evidence and reference for law -enforcing departments. Methods:The samples were collected in the main trade markets and supermarkets of Yichang City, and was performed in terms of the hydrochloric acid vice - rose aniline method of the physics and chemistry department (一) GB/ T5009. 34 - 2003 of food hygiene examination. Results: Bamboo shoots, in which the four - year minimum average passing rates, only 51.5%. After the state investigation of toxic bamboo, the situation has not improved, followed by tremella and starch products. Wine pollution and sugar slightly better than the previous three carbohydrate foods. Conclusion:The eight categories of food monitoring sulphur dioxide residues in food pass rate relative to other indexes lower, departments should attach enough importance to intensify supervision, and to eliminate the illegal production and sale of such food.
