摘要
在简要介绍液压成形技术在国内外的现状及仪表板梁的工艺特点之后,设计了仿真试验并建立了直接成形和分步成形的有限元模型。针对成形与回弹的不同特点,分别采用动态显示算法与静态隐式算法进行了仿真分析,分析了两种加工工艺对成形结果的管坯壁厚、回弹量和最终残余应力的影响,并与试验结果进行了比较,为仪表板梁液压成形工艺方案的设计、工艺参数的制定,以及模具的设计提供理论参考。
After a brief introduction on the present situation of hydro-shaping technique at home and abroad and the technological peculiarity of fascia board girder, the simulative experiment was designed and the finite element models of direct shaping and steppedshaping were established. Aimed at different characteristics of form shaping and rebound the dynamic displaying algorithm and the static concealed algorithm were adopted respectively to carrying out simulative analysis. The influences on wall thickness of pipe blank, amount of rebound of shaping result and final residual stress affected by two kinds of processing technology were analyzed, and a comparison was made with the experimental result. Thus the theoretical referenceswere provided for the design of hydro-shaping technical scheme of fascia board girder, setting down of technological parameters and de- sign of dies.
