摘要
本文介绍了真空微电子场发射阵列的结构，特性和制造工艺，并提供了四种实用的场发射彩色平板显示器结构。
The structure,characteristics and fabrication technology of the vacuum microelectronic field emitter arrays are introduced in this paper.The main structure for color flat panel displays and proven color phosphors are also presented.
