摘要
分析了唐钢FTSC薄板坯连铸机生产低碳冷轧用钢过程中漏钢的成因;提出了优化锥度控制、改进结晶器窄面铜板形状和优化水口形状等技术措施。这些措施实施后,低碳钢生产过程中的漏钢得到有效控制。
The causes of breakout during the production of low carbon steel for cold rolling by Tanggang FTSC thin slab caster were analysed and the optimization countermeasures such as the control of mould taper, the copper plate shape of mould narrow side and SEN shape were put forward. With the respective measures, the breakout has been avoided.
