摘要
本文研究了基于单片微机的智能化全量程真空测量技术,分析了真空测量的各种方法及其特点,实现了8098单片机控制的智能化全量程真空测试仪。该仪器具有量程宽、测量精度高、功耗低、工作可靠等特点,可广泛应用于低真空到高真空的测量场合。
This paper studies the intelligent measurement technique for full-range vacuum instruments based on a micro-computer system. Various detailed methods and their distinguishing features have been analyzed. A general design scheme of the intelligent measurement systems of vacuum is presented. This instrument has advantages of wide range, high speed, low power-consumption,reliable,and high precision over the current instruments.
