摘要
介绍了在邮资机研制过程中邮戳（宣传戳，邮电日戳，邮资戳）自动生成系统的实现原理和设计方法，给出了点阵汉字的高效旋转算法。
This paper introduces in detail the design principles and methods of postmark automatic generation system in the research process of mail process machine, and gives a high efficient rotation algorithm for bitmap Chinese ideographs.
