轴心受压冷弯薄壁单轴对称截面的整体稳定优化设计

摘要 在复杂薄壁截面的几何性质精确计算的基础上,结合《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB50018-2002)提出一种轴心受压开口冷弯薄壁单轴对称截面的整体稳定优化设计方法,建立了其优化数学模型,采用SQP算法求解该优化数学模型获得最优设计。算例表明该方法是有效的,为轴心受压单轴对称复杂截面的设计提供了一种很好的计算机辅助优化设计方法。 The paper introduces a whole stability optimal design method to the single axis symmetrical section of the cold-formed thin wall structural steel based on the geometric parameter accurate computation of complex thin wall section and “Technical Specification for Cold-Formed Thin-Walled Steel Structure”. The optimal mathematical model is established and solved by SQP arithmetic. The optimum is achieved. The example indicates the method is an efficient computer-aided design optimal method for the single axis symmetrical section of thin wall structural steel loaded axially in compression.
