空间弯扭箱形截面构件的数字化三维建模与放样技术 被引量:9

摘要 空间弯扭箱形截面构件的轴线在两个主平面内弯曲,其横截面同时还发生扭转,此类构件加工详图的设计是国家体育场钢结构深化设计工作的一个技术难点。分析了空间弯扭构件的几何构造特点,研究了构件的三维造型方法,建立了对应的数字化计算机模型,编制了壁板展开放样的计算机算法。在AutoCAD图形平台上以Ob-jectARX和C++语言为工具开发了空间弯扭构件的三维建模及壁板展开放样的软件系统。该软件已被成功地应用于国家体育场钢结构的深化设计工作中。 The axis of spatial curve-twisted box-section member inflects in two principal planes, and its transverse section twists at the same time. The fabrication template-making drawing design of this kind of member is one of the technical difficulties of the National Stadium steel structure detailing design work. This paper analyzed the geometric configuration characteristics of spatial curve-twisted member, and researched its 3D modeling methods, then built corresponding digital computer model, and compiled computer algorithm for the deployment templatemaking of wall-plate. Based on AutoCAD graphics platform, with ObjectARX and C++ computer language as tools, a software system was developed for the 3D modeling of spatial curve-twisted member and deployment template- making of wall-plate. The software has been successfully applied to the detailing design work of National Stadium steel structure.
