摘要
以高炉瓦斯泥为原料,经气相还原气氛煅烧及液相提纯步骤制取铁盐溶液,再采用液相还原法,在有分散剂及包覆剂存在的条件下制备出纳米铁颗粒。利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜测试颗粒的结构和形貌,结果表明,试验成功的制取了形状均匀,表面平滑的球状纳米铁颗粒。
The FeCl_2 solution was synthesized by using flue slime of blast furnace as raw materials on gas and solvent extraction.The nanometer iron was synthesized in the system of ethanol and water.KBH_4 was using as reducer,the surface activity material exist at the same time.The influence factors of whole process were studied.The sample of nanometer iron with the average grain size of 71 nm was prepared and characterized by XRD and SEM.
