摘要
针对乙烯装置汽油分馏塔的生产特点和存在的问题,开发了高强度三溢流塔盘技术、低液面梯度技术和气液均匀分布技术、抗堵塞技术。这些技术应用于工业实际,经济效益得到很大的提高。
Integration of key-technology for gasoline fractionator in large-scale ethylene unit,including high strength three-pass tray technology,low fluid level grads technology,gas-liquid even distribution technology and anti-clogging technology,was developed aiming at the production features and problems of gasoline fractiona- tor.After its industrial application,high economic ben- efit has been achieved.
