油气水集输管网管理技术是以地理信息系统和大量管线探测与腐蚀检测评价数据为基础,融油田地面系统结构管理、参数监测与控制、管网动态模拟、数据可视化等内容于一体,在计算机网络、电子智能技术、信息技术等控制下生存活动的一个复杂生命系统,利用该系统可实现对埋地集输管网的动态管理,为埋地管网的日常管理、维护、维修与更换提供科学依据,解决了集输管网传统管理存在的自动化程度低、可靠性差等问题,有较好的推广应用前景。
